Article 1 – Responsibility of the company and the customer
The company is obliged to deliver the output files to the customer in sfc and pfl format.
The output files are delivered by email.
The cost and duration of preparation varies according to the input parameters of the order and is announced to the customer in the final invoice.
The ownership rights of raw modeling output files are reserved by the company.
Receiving any simulation output files such as sfc and pfl is outside the contract and requires paying an additional fee.
If you want to receive the raw files due to the large volume, be sure to contact support.
Article 2 – How to order and pay
Payment is made in full after placing the order by the customer.
Placing an order constitutes a contract and it is not possible to refund money after placing an order.
Article 3 – After-sales support and services
Answering hours (necessarily absent) are from 9 am to 5 pm by phone or email.
